Processing Time

Every order is made specifically for you. Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days, although larger orders or holiday demand may require additional time.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size.

Shipping options and pricing are displayed during checkout.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on the shipping service selected and destination. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Klowee Customs cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required for redelivery.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Shipping Delays

Klowee Customs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather

• Carrier delays

• Holidays

• Natural disasters

• Customs processing

• Other circumstances beyond our control

If your package experiences unusual delays, we’ll gladly help you communicate with the shipping carrier.
